Why not a developer
A designed small-business site in Nairobi usually runs KSh 15,000 to KSh 40,000 and takes a few weeks. That is a fair price for the work. The problem is what happens afterwards: changing a price or adding a service means going back to whoever built it, waiting, and paying again.
